Hello 5th grade parents! I love the fall of the school year. For the past two weeks in Spanish class we have been learning about el Día de los Muertos. We studied the religious and cultural traditions behind the Mexican holiday, and have been watching The Book of Life- a wonderful movie that represents man cultural traditions about the holiday.

As you many know, next week we will have our first test that will cover the numbers 1-100, polite expressions and introductory questions, school supplies, gender and number rules, and the definite and indefinite articles. To help the students study, I have made a quizlet study guide. PLEASE NOTE! The quizlet does not include everything that the students need to know for the test, it only has the vocabulary words. They still need to use their study guides and their notes in order to review the gender and number rules as well as they definite articles.
